About Me

I am Doctoral student in the field of Metrial Engineering at the Department of Materials Engineering and Production Technology, University of Oulu, Finland. In fact, I am one of the PhD students in the ‘MIMESIS’ (Mathematics and Materials Science for Steel Production and Manufacturing) program, which is an European Industrial Doctoral program and granted by Marie Skłodowska Curie. My research is mainly focuseed on Novel gradient wear materials. I am pursuing my PhD degree under the supervision of Prof. David Porter and Biornar Grande

Morover, I hold a master's degree in Material Engineering from the Iran University of Industries & Mines, Tehran. After my graduation I awarded as top student in the Departmnet of material science and Engineering. In addition, I recieved my B.Sc. in Material engineering as well from the Bahonar University of Kerman, Iran.

I also worked around 6 years in Isfahan Casting Company (I.C.I) as a manager of Research and Developmen Unit. During my job we achieved the Best Iranian Research and Development Department for three consecutive years (2013-2015). In I.C.I we conducted a lot of projects on the different area of material science and engineering specially on Wear, Tribology high temperature mechanical properties of casting parts which used in mining, cement, steel, aluminium and petrochimical industries.

Project Short Description

Steel tubes with very high hardness on the inner surface are industrially very important in applications for transportation in the building and mining industry. In the case of the present innovative sequence of processes to manufacture ultrahard wear pipes, the first step is to produce raw pipes by high frequency induction welding of a hardenable but initially ductile steel strip. Immediately after welding, the brittle martensite formed in the weld heat affected zone will be heat treated using induction heating to recover the ductility.
